Job Description:
The Field Service organization ensures that critical equipment in hospitals, doctor´s offices and research institutes across the country are serviced and maintained in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
· As a Field Service Coordinator you support the engineers in the field with scheduling preventative maintenance.
· Receiving and prioritizing client’s service requests.
· Assisting with inventory management and guaranteeing service compliance.
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of call center/coordination experience or a recent college graduate with a Bachelors degree.
· Proven ability to learn new computer systems and to multitask.
· Must have excellent communication and persuasion skills.
· Must thrive in an ever changing team environment while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
· Must be willing to work an 8 hour shift between 7:00am and 8:00pm and rotating holidays.
