Job Duties:
Responsibly for taking the lead in ELISpots assays in both human PBMC and murine splenocytes. Target cells validation in different MHC class I and II for different TAAs in both murine and human systems. Cytotoxicity and proliferation assays in both murine and human systems. Mutliplex cytokines analysis using luminex or MSD mutli-functional T cells analysis using FACS ICS method. Primary and memory T cell functions. Anti-tumor efficacy models in syngeneic and tolerance mice microscopy experience preferred Education: Degrees in biological sciences with strong emphasizes in cellular immunology in both mouse and human system immunology Experience: 3+ years of working in an immunology lab. Desirable skills: Cellular immune assays, FACS, excellent communication skill, work independently as well as in team.
