B.S. or M.S. in biology related major. A broad range of molecular biology skills: DNA and RNA extraction and manipulation, PCR, qRT-PCR and cloning. Familiar with VNTI, Excel and other software. Basic knowledge on statistics, well-organized, good interpersonal skills.
3 - 5 years experience perform molecular analysis of plant materials including, but not limited to, RNA extraction from plant tissues, gene expression assays and statistical data analysis
Desired skills:
Library construction. Experience and knowledge in plant gene expression, regulation and throughput assays. Strong trouble-shooting skill
