Qualifications/Skills :
· MS with at least 4 years or BS with at least 7 years of relevant laboratory experience in cellular immunology or related field. · Proficiency in primary lymphocyte isolation and culture from human and non-human primates blood. · Proficiency in a variety of cellular immunology assays, such as T cell activation, cell proliferation, cytokine measurement, flow cytometry and setting up immune reactions · Ability to follow procedures working independently in a collaborative environment and generate high quality data. · Demonstrated assay trouble shooting, data analysis and data summary skills. Responsibilities : · Primary lymphocytes isolation from human and non-human primate blood and cell cryopreservation. · Developing and applying in vitro cellular immunoassays to characterize immune function and lymphocyte phenotype profiles. · Testing non-human primate and human samples for immunogenicity responses to therapeutic proteins using a variety of cellular immunoassays. · Recording experiments in detailed and organized fashion.Analyzing, interpretating and making conclusions regarding progress and results of work Contact: Rakesh The best telephone number to reach me is 973-481-0100 Ex:3104.
