Two (2) Postdoctoral Fellowships at MD Anderson Cancer Center

We are now accepting applications for two postdoctoral fellowships:

  • No citizenship requirements/restrictions
  • Candidates must have earned/will earn their doctorate within 5 months of the application deadline
  • Open to candidates with backgrounds in biomedical sciences, biostatistics, bioinformatics, epidemiology, behavioral sciences, social sciences, population and public health
  • All applications will be considered for both of the following fellowships:

1) CPRIT POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP IN CANCER PREVENTION 
  • Funded by the Cancer Prevention & Research Institute of Texas Grant RP 170259
  • Training in cancer prevention & quantitative methods
  • Up to 2 years support for salary at $51,000/year
  • Allowance for research/professional development expenses
  • Faculty at MD Anderson Cancer Center, The University of Texas Health Science Center (excluding UT SPH), Rice University, Texas A & M University, and University of Houston, may serve as primary mentors.

2) MD ANDERSON POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP IN CANCER PREVENTION
  • Funded by MD Anderson Cancer Center
  • Up to 2 years salary support at $51,000/year
