The University of California’s Merced campus invites applications for two postdoctoral positions to investigate the molecular mechanisms of (1) biofilm regulation, and (2) circadian clock function by cyanobacteria. These positions are suitable for applicants planning careers in either academia or industry.

 

  • Essential expertise: protein biochemistry, basic cloning techniques.
  • Spectroscopy experience is a plus.
  • Stipends follow the NIH postdoc pay scale.
  • Ph.D. required.
  • Start date: As soon as possible

    Duration of grants: At least through 2021
