Postdoctoral Research Associate Positions

We welcome new members to an interdisciplinary research group centered on fundamental and translational studies on artificial and biological interfaces and bioinspired modulation of the native extracellular matrix components under a dental model. The lab has a working environment to promote career development of passionate and hard-working scientists.
Requirements: We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent academic track-record, including first-author publications in peer-reviewed journals. Successful candidates should have, or be in the final process of completing, a PhD (or equivalent) in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biology, Material Sciences, Biomaterials or related field. Ideal applicants should have strong background on at least one of the following areas: extracellular matrix biochemistry, biomechanics, mineralized tissue, biomineralization. Proficiency in protein quantitative analytical methods, atomic force microscopy, dynamic mechanical techniques, ultrastructure imaging is preferable. Applicants should demonstrate the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Suitable candidates must also have excellent organizational and communication skills, and strong work ethics.
