Post-doc fellowship

A Postdoctoral Research Fellowship is available, as soon as possible, in the Molecular Virology Laboratory, Department of Life and Reproduction Sciences, University of Verona, Italy.
The position is funded by an EU grant (Europrise), for the next 2 years.

Research projects:
Identification, isolation and characterization of broad spectrum neutralizing antibodies against HIV-1
Construction of a humanized recombinant antibody library
Analysis of the interaction between HIV-1 envelope and cellular proteins

Skills required (the more, the better):
Molecular biology: cloning, DNA and RNA manipulation, transformations, PCR, Blots, etc.
Cellular biology: cell cultures, transfections, viral vectors, etc.
Immunology: ELISA, WB, antibody purification and analysis, etc.
